Social Issue

1.What was your social issue?How did you discover it(was it obvious or did you have to search )?





The social issue in the McDonalds is to make money for McDonalds without making people sick.Also you have to make sure all that the Consumers Associations, the Enviromentalists, the Organized Workers, the Obesity Association, and the Anti-globalization movement are happy and like what your doing. If you don't that means you are doing something that harms the enviroment or people to make money for your restraunt like tearing down the forest to make room for your farms.AND THAT'S NOT COOL(especially if they're doing it in real life) That is one way you can lose the other way you can lose the game is going bankrupt(not making enough money).



2.Explain to your peers why they should care about your social issue...do your best to describe issue and give specific reasons you and your peers should care.



I think everyone should care about this issue because its not right that McDonalds is tearing down the forests to make room so they can grow soy and cows. Just because they want to make money doesn't mean they can tear down forests. And just because people like their food doesn't make it right either.

Game Review

1.Was it hard or easy to learn?Did you have to read the instructions?If no did you have success in the game?If yes, did the instructions help you succed?What were you supposed to accomplish in the game. Our group chose the McDonalds.At first we didnt know how to play then after we read all of the directions we sort of new how to play the game.But I still couldn't win in fact hardly anyone in our group could win. The directions showed us what to do and the object was to make money for McDonalds without doing anything wrong.

2.How are the graphics of your game?What did you like about them and/or should should be improved?The graphics in the game arern't bad but aren't great either. I didn't expect them to be good because it shows what it looks like when you click on it.

3.What was the game supposed to teach you?The game is supposed to teach you how to make money for your restraunt without making people mad or sick.

4.Would you recommend this game to your peers?Why or Why not...you should be able to explain clearly and your peers should be able to determine whether or not they would like the game.Yes I would recommend this to my peers because its hard but fun and it takes strategy. If I wasn't forced to play this game I wouldn't play this game but it's cool.
